November is a wonderful month to take pause, reflect on our lives and give thanks! At Sanctuary Spa we are thankful for a tremendous amount. Our family has a tradition I know a lot of families have for Thanksgiving, before eating our meal we go around the table and each person says what they are thankful for. We’d love to share some of what our spa family is thankful for this holiday season!

I am grateful for my health (mental and physical), for my community of incredibly strong men and women who strive to be the best versions of themselves. I am grateful to have a career entirely focused on helping others feel better about themselves (and their brows). I am grateful for the unconditional love of my dogs and to know that kind of love and I am grateful for my strong relationship with my partner, his son and my family. I am also grateful for my work family and the endless opportunities I am given to grow.

I am grateful for my 2 kids, for the supportive women i have around me, the people i have in my life to look up to as role models, my home, my bed, clean water, good food, the opportunity to be back in school, beautiful weather, nature, my new work environment, healing and music.
