Sanctuary Spa Membership: How it works

Our membership program automatically allows you to become a spa superstar! Our membership ensures your commitment to self-care with monthly service choices. Plus with always on discounts for additional services, upgrades, enhancements and products, you are able to experience everything spa related! The Sanctuary Spa Membership Program is a great way to explore all forms of self-care.

For only $119 a month you get to choose between a 50 minute facial or a 50 minute massage each month. After making your monthly payment, a service package becomes available in your account. This package becomes redeemed after your 50 minute service, only leaving you responsible for gratuity or any upgrade fees.

So, if you’re looking to make self-care a priority, our Sanctuary Spa Membership program is for you! Plus, we try our best to contact you, if we see you haven’t scheduled this month. We are here to help you on your journey towards self-care. Through the consistency of monthly services, you’ll find 50 minutes is perfect for realignment of your mind, body and soul. And of course, with all of our fun discounts, you’re able to explore different upgrades to treat yourself!

Membership Flexibility

A nice thing about our membership is that these packages roll over to the following month, so you do not miss out on your services. If you’re on vacation, busy with work, or just holding it together with carpool and after school activities, your spa packages will be waiting for you! We can combine your accrued packages to use for multiple services on the same day or to cover any upgrade fees. For example, if you weren’t able to come last month, this month you can partake in a 100-minute massage by combining your membership packages. Or, you can choose to apply the amounts towards a Tres Luxe Facial to cover some of your upgrade costs.

Additionally, you can transfer packages to non-members. Current Sanctuary Spa members who have multiple packages find that gifting their packages to friends and family for a special event or holiday is a great way to make use of them! Have a friend in town? Invite them to join you! Want to trade off with your partner? Great way to share in these self-care benefits.

Each month you will receive a free membership product when you come in for service, these products generally range from a $9 to $25 value. Great for sensitive skin, it is pro-youth and helps smooth your skin texture. Next month, we’ll offer Source Vital Facial Cocktails, a real treat! Valued at up to $48.95. This serum is customized to your skin concerns. Spent the summer on the beach? Or your days in the cool AC? We can help you create the perfect remedy for your skin.

Additionally, our members receive 10% off all retail products. Love a membership product you received? Purchase the full size and save! Want to upgrade your cleanser? Your esthetician can guide you to the best product for your skin. And you can save! Ready for a full set of products to enhance your skin and body care rituals? Membership Enhancement - Stress Relief Backpack In addition to products, you also get discounts on all services enhancements. Specifically, 20% off all service enhancements! Enhancements are extra ways that you can enhance your service. Popular massage enhancements include: hot stones and stress relief backpack. These enhancements elevate your massage and enable the massage therapist to provide even more relief with 50 minutes of massage. Popular facial enhancements include extra extractions, oxygen eye lift and microdermabrasion. Give your skin service some oomph! Unsure of which one to choose? Your technician is happy to make a suggestion. Lastly, to make sure you’re celebrating your birthday the right way, becoming a member allows you to enjoy a free service enhancement on your birthday!

Popular Upgrades

If you enjoy longer services and 50 minutes does not sound like enough time, you can upgrade your service to a longer time and enjoy50% off all upgrades. We calculate service upgrades by subtracting the service rate from the membership rate and multiplying the remaining amount by 50%. Popular upgrades include; a 6o minute massage, 90 minute massage, 75 minute Brea’s or personalized facial and 60 minute oxygen facial or microdermabrasion. Series Packages

Some of our services provide the best results when done in succession. For example, our Micro-current Facial. It is fantastic for minimizing the appearance of fine lines. Our estheticians recommend you begin with at least 3 services within 4 weeks. And then, monthly for maintenance. Purchase a Micro-current Series to commit to 6 services. You pay for 5 services and get 1 service free! Great savings for you.

Another example is if you struggle with acne. Your esthetician might suggest a series of Extraction Facials to enhance your Personalized Facials. These facials will help you achieve the look of clearer skin. Purchase a series of Extraction Facials since you know you’ll use them. With a series purchase, you also don’t need to come every month. You can choose your frequency.

We also have a great option to reduce the look of cellulite. Your massage therapist may suggest a series of G-5 cellulite treatments. Similar to Micro-current Facials, it’s great to begin this service with several in the first month. And then after you can move to receiving once per month for maintenance.

We have multiple series options for you to purchase once you discuss your best option with your esthetician or massage therapist. The most popular series is a package of 6. You pay for 5 and get 1 service free. Our series packages vary from 6 or 12 treatments. When you buy 10 treatments, you get 2 free. Again depending on your therapist’s recommendation, you can select your best option when you checkout with our guest care team.
