Sometimes we are lucky enough to cram in a workout during lunch hour, but stretching often gets pushed to the side when we’re crunched for time. When you really think about it, this seems so silly because stretching provides an almost instantaneous moment of bliss as the body gets a rush of blood and a feeling of stress and tension leaving the body. We believe stretching is almost as important in holistic wellness as mediation, good nutrition and sleep.
