Licensed Esthetician

We are looking to hire a licensed esthetician who is professional, talented, self-motivated, and highly customer service-oriented.

The best fit for our spa are technicians that strive to provide the best consultative experience to our guests, believe in continued education, and contribute to a team atmosphere. Enthusiasm for skin is a must!


  • Provide professional facial treatments (that include cleansing, exfoliation, massage, treatment, and masks) according to training given during initial employee period and according to quality standards set forth by the spa
  • Perform advanced skin care treatments, such as peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent treatments, and LED light therapy
  • Perform face, scalp, and shoulder massages for therapeutic and relaxation purposes
  • Make recommendations to clients about their skin care needs, including additional spa treatments and at-home protocols



  • High school diploma/GED
  • State esthetician license
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to make customize product recommendations to our guests based on their skin types, issues, and concerns
  • Previous experience working with all relevant facial treatment equipment, including facial steamers, microdermabrasion machines, microcurrent machines, and LED light therapy machines
  • Creating a positive and exceptional customer experience for our guests is a must, so the ability for our technicians must have the ability to be polite, helpful, and show a deep knowledge of skin care.
  • Strong communication skills with guests, fellow co-workers, and management
  • Must be physically fit enough to work through a full day of services


  • Previous experience working in a non-franchise, high-end day spa preferred
  • Technicians with existing clientele a plus
  • Ability to perform hydrotherapy services, such as wraps, scrubs, and vichy shower services a plus

Guest Care Attendant


  • Provide guidance to clients on the spa experience
  • Educate clients on the menu of services, making suggestions as to what services would be best for the client based on the needs they’ve communicated to you via phone
  • Exemplary customer service while answering phones is a must
  • Keep the reception area clean and products straightened at all times
  • Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits
  • Educating new clientele on what our spa offers through spa tours
  • Keep clients updated on current promotions and discounts on services offered in the Spa
  • Processing payments for services and products purchased by clientele
  • Keep register of long and existing clients for them to enjoy benefits given to loyal customers
  • Give appointments to clients on specific days
  • Open and close the spa at the appropriate time
  • Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement
  • Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery
  • Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and also alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments
  • Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa
  • Manage the visitor register to keep record of people who visit the spa on a daily basis
  • Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution

The following are minimum qualifications of the role of Guest Care Attendant at the Spa

  • Great customer service
  • Exemplary phone etiquette
  • Possess a strong knowledge of computers, including a spa POS system, internet and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with clientele, as well as your coworkers on a daily basis

  • Knowledge of beauty products and/or spa industry
