Sam has been a sports and fitness enthusiast for years. His passion for health and wellness led him to a career in Massage Therapy after personally experiencing the benefits of massage. Sam graduated from Avalon School of Massage in 2015 and his passion for the field has grown over the last ten years while working in various areas of the industry. Sam specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports Massage and he has a special interest in the health benefits of stretching. Always learning, he is constantly deepening his expertise in his craft. Sam’s goal is to provide a healing and transformative experience for each of his guests.
